Pricing

The prices contained in our Price List / Catalogue are a suggested price or guide and are subject to change at any time without written notice.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

All prices quoted in this Price List / Catalogue are exclusive of GST. GST will be charged at the applicable rate of 10%.

Request for Credit

Goods will not be accepted for return after 14days from the date of invoice. Non standard, custom manufactured and/or specially ordered products are not able to be returned. All goods returned must be accompanied by a request for credit stating a good and valid reason for return and suppliers invoice on which the goods were purchased. Goods must not be damaged and returned in original working order and condition. Claims for incorrect pricing, non-delivery, short delivery, incorrect goods or calculation errors must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Stock and Backorders

Backorders or stock will be forwarded on to the client once stock arrives unless stated in writing or verbally. Products kept in stock are subject demand, stock items are determined by management and subject to change without notice. Non stock items may not be available for delivery when requested.
